Kill Switch Kids is a strength and conditioning class designed exclusively for kids (5-12 years old) wanting to learn a new sport or train like an athlete. This is a fun approach to fitness, harnessing the developmental skills kids require in today’s modern technological society.
By utilising games and workouts we provide a fun and supportive environment that will keep them engaged in fitness for years to come
Kill Switch Kids combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance. We teach proper weightlifting techniques to enhance strength and power, and also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.
Kill Switch Kids is ideal for any child looking to get the edge over their competitor in their chosen sporting field. In addition, it is a great way to get your kids into the habit of training and maintaining good healthy habits
The classes are designed to help foster a team environment where the workouts are completed as a group, rather than individually. Qualified and skilled coaches will supervise and run the classes. Classes are set up to include a warm-up, skill training, workout and stretch.
Kill Switch's Youth program is run weekly alongside our regular programming so that all members of the family can be involved.
The benefits of Kill Switch's Youth program:
In addition to our Kill Switch Kids we are very excited to announce yet another kids class being added to the timetable.
Olympic Lifting or Weightlifting might conjure up images of your kids lifting heavy weights but that certainly is not the case.
The creator of this programme Danielle Waller has 17 years of Weightlifting expertise behind her and she has created this fantastic platform specifically designed for kids to learn the foundation that needs to be taught and developed before any weightlifting can be carried out.
This class in addition with our Kill Switch Kids classes will teach your kids core strength and mobility along with the mechanical skills to further them into weightlifting in a fun and engaging class where they will build friendships just as much as important skills for fitness.
