Kill Switch Kids is a strength and conditioning class designed exclusively for kids (5-12 years old) wanting to learn a new sport or train like an athlete. This is a fun approach to fitness, harnessing the developmental skills kids require in today’s modern technological society.

Kill Switch Kids combines age-appropriate weightlifting and gymnastics with high intensity training to deliver optimal fitness and performance. We teach proper weightlifting techniques to enhance strength and power, and also focus on basic gymnastics to increase agility, mobility and flexibility.
Kill Switch Kids is ideal for any child looking to get the edge over their competitor in their chosen sporting field. In addition, it is a great way to get your kids into the habit of training and maintaining good healthy habits
The classes are designed to help foster a team environment where the workouts are completed as a group, rather than individually. Qualified and skilled coaches will supervise and run the classes. Classes are set up to include a warm-up, skill training, workout and stretch.
Kill Switch's Youth program is run weekly alongside our regular programming so that all members of the family can be involved.
